Do you accept direct bookings?
Yes. We welcome direct booking enquiries, and in some cases we are able to offer a more favourable rate than those shown on third-party platforms. Contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or the form above to check availability for your dates.
Is the villa let exclusively?
Yes. The Echo of the Sea is always let as a whole property. It is never divided or rented in parts. Every stay includes all three bedrooms, the full grounds, the pool, the Jacuzzi, the outdoor kitchen, and the beach access.
Which airport should we fly into?
Chania Airport (CHQ) is the most convenient, at 86 km from the villa — approximately one hour by car. Heraklion Airport (HER) is 132 km away. Private airport transfers with child seats are available on request for both airports.
Can services like a private chef be arranged?
Yes. A private chef for Mediterranean cuisine, in-villa massage, speedboat excursions, wine tasting hosted by a sommelier, yoga and Pilates, private cooking classes, villa pre-stocking, photography sessions, and car rental can all be arranged on request. Let us know when you enquire and we will outline the options.
Is pool heating included?
Pool heating is available on request at an additional charge. One week's advance notice is required. The outdoor Jacuzzi is also heated and available year-round on request. The saltwater pool is 50 m² with Roman steps and a maximum depth of 1.45 metres.
Are pets permitted?
Pets are not permitted indoors at the villa. If you are travelling with a pet, please mention this when enquiring so we can advise accordingly.

A Master Suite, a Family Suite that sleeps up to four, and a detached Guest Room. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and a sea-facing balcony.

Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged subject to availability. Our House Manager will welcome you personally on arrival and introduce the villa.
